Silverdale: South lakeland lodge, Luxury Pine cabin

Booking Terms & conditions

Telephone and internet bookings are accepted. The person making the booking agrees to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party.

1. A non-returnable deposit of £60 pounds is required within 7 days to secure the booking. A booking confirmation will be sent immediately.

2. The balance is due to be paid four weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to reallocate the lodge.

3. Bookings are only accepted from family groups, with or without children. We cannot accept bookings from all male, nor all female groups.

4. Bookings are accepted only for the party named and are not transferable. The person making the booking must be aged 18 years or over.

5. The maximum number of guests staying in the lodge is four. We respectfully ask all guests to refrain from smoking in the lodge for health and safety reasons. Regretfully no pets can be accommodated.

6. Late cancellations cannot be accepted, we therefore recommend that guests protect themselves by arranging appropriate insurance.

7. In the event of curtailment, refunds cannot be made for any unused nights.

8. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the lodge and for any breakages.

9. Gas, electricity and water are included in the price of the lodge.

10. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels and tea-towels.

11. Temporary membership of the Leisure Centre is an optional extra and is payable on site.

12. We cannot accept any liability for any damage, injury, death or loss of any nature whatsoever suffered by any person(s) from any cause whatsoever.

13. Private parking is available at the side of the lodge for one car only. Any other cars should be parked on the Leisure Village car park.

14. All vehicles, contents and belongings are left at guests’ own risk and are not the responsibility of ourselves.

15. The lodge will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

16. Guests should familiarise themselves with the Park Rules, a copy of which is available in the Lodge.
